Our ordering process is easy... ensuring logo imprinting is done right and delivery is seamless.

 

STEP 1: Placing an Order

Contact Us by email, phone or fax or use our Request a Quote form.
Our friendly customer service team can assist via phone or contact you by email to provide information regarding product options, stock availability, pricing and any other information that you may require to confirm your order.

STEP 2: Artwork Proof Approval

An Artwork Proof form is then generated and sent to you by email for client approval. Simply print and sign the proof form and return to us by email or fax. Submit your artwork file by email in any format (see Artwork requirements below).  

Our Artwork Proof form will allow you to approve the appearance and placement of your logo and confirm all print production details of your order and estimated shipment date.

STEP 3: Shipment of your Order

Upon completion and final inspection of your order, we ship on your behalf via UPS standard ground service unless otherwise specified. After shipment we provide a confirmation by email including tracking information and scheduled delivery date.

 

*Printed orders are normally shipped within 10 business days and may be longer dependant upon seasonal production volume. No charge Rush order service may be available dependant upon our current production capacity.


Sample Order & Credit Policy

Samples are shipped from our distribution center and are non-returnable due to new material only product policy. 

Unprinted control samples for product quality review: samples orders are charged at cost of product + standard or expedited delivery charges - fully credited toward any new minimum order received within ~30 days of shipment of sample order. 

Printed pre-production samples without a confirmed production order: pre-production printed sample orders charged at $125.00 for one color logo + $75.00 per additional logo/color plus cost of product + standard or expedited delivery charges - fully credited toward any new minimum order received within ~30 days of shipment of sample order.  

All sample charges for unprinted or printed pre-production samples may be full credited toward any new minimum quantity order received within 30 days of shipment of sample order.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Methods: We accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal secure online payment processing, or payments can be made by company check, Interac e-transfer or wire transfer.

Pay Online via our self-serve secure PayPal portal:  PayPal is very secure, quick and easy for anyone to use, anywhere in the world.  You can use your credit card to make a payment even without having a PayPal account.

ADDITIONAL Ordering Information

Logo Artwork Requirements Artwork files may be submitted by email in vector line-art format, such as Illustrator AI or Illustrator EPS. If you do not have an AI or EPS file, please send a high resolution JPEG or TIFF file and we can convert the file to vector graphic for a nominal charge dependant upon complexity and can then supply you with a converted vector file copy for your future use. Imprinting colors may be specified utilizing either Pantone-PMS® or RAL® color specification systems.

Additional Imprinting & Set-up Charges Unit prices shown include a one color imprint on one location and screen set-up charge for one color logo. Additional imprinting and screen set-up charges are as follows; Imprinting charges: $2.50 per color / location. Screen set-up: $75.00 per additional logo color. Film is kept on file indefinitely for repeat orders. For printed orders less than 24 pieces an LTM (less than minimum) charge of $75.00 applies.

Offshore Production For larger volume and custom design orders when lead time allows - we provide offshore factory production services allowing substantial cost savings due to lower offshore print production and handling costs. Please contact us for a custom order quotation for offshore factory production, custom design services, custom packaging and private-label programs.

Offshore Production Lead Time Lead times vary for offshore factory production orders dependant upon placement of individual orders or group orders combined with various other client orders. Allow 16 weeks for Individual orders (if MOQ allows) and approx. 20 weeks for combined group orders.

Individual Packaging & Drop Shipping Bulk distribution as quoted. Individual mailing tubes or cartons - Folding Umbrellas: $3.75 each, Executive Umbrellas: $5.70 each, Golf Umbrellas: $5.90 each. Split shipment manifest to multiple drop shipment destinations: $12.50 per location manifest fee with address labels supplied. 

Terms Net Billing terms available for pre-approved account customers only. All shipments FOB Blaine WA or Vancouver BC unless otherwise specified. Freight prepaid and charged on invoice. Taxes extra as applicable. Currency USD for US shipments or CAD for Canada shipments. Prices and terms subject to change without notice. Production over-under policy +- 5%.

Product-Life Expectationour Weathertech™ Quality Assurance System specifies a three year minimum product-life (under normal individual-use conditions) for most items available on this website. In many cases our products are known to be serviceable for 10 years or longer. 

Warranty: We provide warranty against manufacturers defect only when new product mechanisms are found to be defective. There is no warranty expressed or implied for products used in a commercial environment and for clearance items.
