TAG Umbrella Top Supplier Since 1988 For larger volume custom orders and licensed designer merchandising programs our factory-direct™ ordering program provides direct delivery from our China factory to your door or direct to your customers stores in any country.

Prices for factory-direct orders include direct delivery to customers door CIF terms,
(Cost, Insurance & Freight included) and include all import duties and customs charges, unless otherwise specified. Freight terms for all custom orders combined with tag stock orders are FOB Blaine WA 98230 [US] or FOB Richmond BC [Canada].

For International delivery to all other countries global-direct™ service is available for door delivery
anywhere in the world. Prices quoted for orders for distribution from Hongkong to countries outside of North America are FOB Hongkong. Logistics charges for global-direct orders (freight, local customs clearance, door delivery and insurance) for buyers account unless otherwise specified.

Ordering Information

Production time
Production lead time for factory-direct orders is dependent upon availability of materials and production schedules at time of ordering. Lead time is confirmed at time of order confirmation with deposit and approved artwork.

Orders for TAG standard frame styles require 6 weeks lead-time from confirmed order to on-board shipment from Hong Kong port [~10 weeks delivered]. Custom frame styles require additional lead-time and vary depending upon; custom frame styles, custom Imprinting method, and client requirements for approval of pre-production sample(s).

Minimum Order
Minimum production order for factory-direct ordering varies depending upon item style and imprinting production process. Minimum order qty for custom PMS textile color matching is approximately 2400 pieces for most styles.

Standard Logo Imprinting
Unless otherwise specified, prices quoted INCLUDE a one color logo imprinted on one location of the umbrella. Quotation for additional imprinting available upon request. Custom design printing quotes available upon request.

Standard Logo Set-up Charges
Prices quoted INCLUDE screen set-up charge for one color imprinting. Additional standard size screens are $75.00 per color per design. Set up charges for custom design printing quotes available upon request.

Unprinted Orders
Please contact us for pricing for products not requiring imprinting.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit required 50% with all factory-direct custom orders. FOB nearest port as quoted. Freight prepaid and charged on invoice, taxes extra as applicable. Over-under production policy +- 5%. Currency US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

For distribution programs ex our warehouse system and custom orders combined with a tag stock order for shipment from China factory to our North American distribution center freight terms are FOB Blaine WA 98230 for US orders, or Richmond BC for Canada orders.
