Artwork Requirements
Artwork files may be submitted by email artworkservices@taggroup.com in vector graphic file line-art form [such as Illustrator AI or Illustrator EPS]. If you do not have an AI or EPS format file, please send a high resolution JPEG or TIFF file and we can convert the file to vector graphic for a nominal charge dependant upon complexity and can then supply you with a file copy for future use.

Imprinting Colors
Imprinting ink colors may be specified utilizing either Pantone-PMS® or RAL® color specification systems. Visit our PMS® Color Specifier page for pms imprinting color reference options. PMS ink color matching is included at no extra charge. Ink colors will appear closer to uncoated PMS match.

Maximum Imprint Area
Folding & Executive Umbrellas: 43" - 6" wide x 4" high, 48" - 8" wide x 7" high, 56" - 10" wide x 8" high, Golf Umbrellas: 60" - 12" wide x 9" high.

Imprinting & Set-up Charges
Unit prices shown in this price list include a one color imprint on one location and screen set-up charge for one color logo. Additional imprinting and screen set-up charges are as follows; Imprinting charges: $2.50 per color / location. Screen set-up: $75.00 per additional logo color. No repeat screen charges for subsequent repeat orders. Film is kept on file indefinitely for repeat orders.

Less than Minimum Orders
Minimum order 24 units, for orders less than 24 pieces an LTM (less than minimum) charge of $75.00 applies.

Unprinted Orders
For Unprinted goods, utilize the pricing from the next volume level up from your order quantity.

Offshore Production Orders
Minimum order quantity is normally 600 pieces for ex-factory custom imprinted orders, based on imprinting prior to assembly at our China factory. Delivery lead time 60-90 days. For order quantities over 5000 pieces Terms & Conditions as quoted, otherwise standard Terms & Conditions in effect, see below.

Artwork Services
Artwork and type-setting services are $37.50 per hour, minimum charge one half hour.

Sample Order
Pre-production samples are charged at $75.00 per logo plus cost of product, plus freight delivery. Unprinted samples are charged for cost of product, plus freight delivery. Sample Orders and related charges excluding freight may be credited toward order completed within 10 days of shipment of sample order.

Production Leadtime
Imprinted orders from local stock are generally shipped within 10-14 business days from receipt of purchase order and artwork. Rush orders are handled as required. Unprinted orders from local stock are shipped next day, subject to availability.

Individual Packaging & Drop Shipping
Individual cartons - Folding Umbrellas: $3.75 each, Executive Umbrellas: $7.50 each, Golf Umbrellas: $7.80 each. Split destinations and individual drop ship : $12.50 each manifest fee with address labels supplied.
