Ordering logo Umbrellas made easy! Buying imprinted Umbrellas for your organization should be easy! Our ordering process makes it convenient and ensures that logo imprinting is done right and delivery is seamless.
Step 1: Placing an Order
Contact Us by email, phone or fax or use our Request a Quote form. A customer service rep can assist via phone or contact you by email to provide information regarding product options, availability, confirmed pricing and any other information that you may require to complete an order.
Step 2: Artwork Proof Approval
Send us an artwork file in the required format - see below for Artwork requirements. An Artwork Proof form is then generated and sent to you by email for client approval. Simply print and sign the proof form and return to us by email or fax.
The Artwork Proof form will include all production and printing details of your order and estimated shipment date.
Step 3: Shipment of your Order
Upon completion and final inspection of your order, we ship on your behalf via UPS standard ground service unless otherwise specified. Upon completion of shipment we provide a confirmation by email including tracking information and scheduled delivery date.
Printed orders are normally shipped within 10 business days.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal secure online payment processing, or payments can be made by company check.
Billing terms can be arranged for pre-approved account customers.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork files may be submitted by email artworkservices@taggroup.com in vector graphic file line-art form [such as Illustrator AI or Illustrator EPS]. If you do not have an AI or EPS format file, please send a high resolution JPEG or TIFF file and we can convert the file to vector graphic for a nominal charge dependant upon complexity and can then supply you with a file copy for future use.
Imprinting Colors
Imprinting ink colors may be specified utilizing either Pantone-PMS® or RAL® color specification systems. Visit our PMS® Color Specifier page for pms imprinting color reference options.
Product-Life Expectation
Our TAG-Standards™ purchasing system specifies a three-five year product-life expectancy (under normal use conditions) for most items available on this website. In many cases our products are known to be serviceable for 10 years or longer.
