Unit prices include imprinting a one colour logo on one location and set-up charges for a one colour logo. For additional imprinting charges, artwork requirements and complete production information please refer to the ordering information section below.
For larger volume custom orders when lead-time allows our factory-direct™ ordering program offers lower unit costs based on ex-factory printing and direct delivery from our China factory to your door. We can also assist with International delivery to your meeting or

Ordering Information
Imprinting & Set-up Charges
Unit prices shown in this price list include a one colour imprint on one location (either panel or tie-band) and a one colour screen set-up. Additional imprint charges and screen charges are shown below. Minimum order 24 units, for orders less than 24 pieces an LTM (less than minimum) charge of $75.00 applies. For Unprinted goods, utilize the pricing from the next volume level up from your order quantity.
Additional Imprinting & Set-up Charges
Standard set-up: $75.00 per colour. Repeat set-up: $50.00 per colour. Note: Film is kept on file indefinitely.
Imprinting charges: $1.50 per colour per panel, by location. Offshore imprinting charges for direct-import orders are $.75 per colour per panel/location plus standard set-up charges.
Custom Ordering direct-import™
Minimum order quantity is 600 pieces for ex-factory custom imprinted orders, based on imprinting prior to assembly at our China factory. Delivery lead time 60-90 days. For order quantities over 5000 pieces Terms & Conditions as quoted, otherwise standard Terms & Conditions in effect, see below.
Artwork Requirements
Electronic Artwork
Vector file format saved as [.eps, .cdr or .ai]. We work in Corel Draw 10.0 and Illustrator CS and we can accept Corel Draw files from 5.0 to 10.0 , and Illustrator files from 5.0 to CS. Artwork is sized by us according to order requirements. PMS ink colour matching is included at no extra charge. Ink colors will appear closer to uncoated PMS match.
Maximum Imprint Area
Folding & Executive Umbrellas: 36" - 5" wide x 3" high, 43" - 6" wide x 4" high, 48" - 8" wide x 7" high, 56" - 10" wide x 8" high, Golf Umbrellas: 60" - 12" wide x 9" high.
Pre-production Services
Artwork and type-setting services are $37.50 per hour, minimum charge one half hour.
Pre-production samples are charged at $75.00 per screen plus cost of product, plus freight delivery. Unprinted samples are charged for cost of product, plus freight delivery. Pre-production screen charges and related sample charges excluding freight may be credited toward order completed within 60 days.
Production Leadtime
Imprinted orders from local stock are generally shipped within 10-14 business days from receipt of purchase order and artwork. Rush orders are handled as required. Unprinted orders from local stock are shipped next day, subject to availability.
Individual Packaging & Drop Shipping
Individual cartons - Folding Umbrellas: $4.00 each inserted, Executive Umbrellas: $5.00 each inserted, Golf Umbrellas: $6.00 each inserted. Split destinations and individual drop ship : $5.00 each per location, address labels must be supplied.
Terms & Conditions
Net 30 days, on approved account only. FOB Richmond, BC distribution center. Freight pre-paid and charged on invoice. Taxes extra as applicable. Currency CA Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice. Over-under production policy +- 5%.
